Oscar was listed as fearful as he waited and waited in the shelter for almost 2 months for someone to give him a chance.

Oscar is an adult male GSD who has been anything but fearful with us. His dog to dog testing is showing well and he’s been been just a pleasure so far. NOT CAT TESTED.
