Tesse oh Tesse... left abandoned outside the shelter overnight. Thankfully our team quickly came together and Tesse has been granted freedom. Why someone would leave such a nice, friendly, well balanced, healthy, well cared for girl like this is beyond conception but reality is is that is happens more than we care to know. Tesse is an amazing Doxie X who will steal your heart.
