Rescue favorite, Sweet and amiable young boy who is playful, affectionate and eager to please. Brogan (skinny boy with small feet) has a new love for chicken and rice and is enjoying home cooked meals. Brogan is well on his way to filling out after a stressful stay in a kill shelter where perhaps they didn't realize he doesn't much care for plain dry kibble.
