Rescue Favorite... Toby is a very nice, happy, well mannered, obedient, friendly, social, big personality dog. Toby was born missing most of his teeth so his little tongue hangs out from time to time making him appear to be older than her really is. Toby is strong, healthy and full of life and requires no spe cial diet to compensate for missing teeth. He loves his kibble and treats!
