Hello my name is Red!

I am a two year old neutered Rotti Lab cross. I think I had a pretty good life before getting lost and picked up by Animal Control a few months back. They chased me down, threw me in a cage and locked the door. There I waited and waited but no one came to claim me. My time had run out and I was scheduled to go to heaven to make room for the newest lost souls that continued to come in daily.

Lucky for me OLH came to my rescue and made a little extra room for me with their pledge to find me a new forever home because they believe I am worthy and deserving of a second chance.

Since my stay in foster care I am proving to be a real keeper. I am completely house and kennel trained. I love to play with the older children and I am very dog friendly with both large and small breeds. I am a happy, grateful dog and eager to please. I love to be brushed and lay by your side. I enjoy the park but really get excited for a long car ride! I am active and require a safe fenced property where I wouldn't have to worry about getting lost again.
