Lucky boy Aspen! Aspen is a stunning 2 yr. old neutered male who managed to stay alive for almost 4 months in a high kill shelter environment. His days were almost numbered until Our Last Hope heard of his plight and brought him into rescue. Aspen must have made some great impression on the shelter staff as it is very uncommon for a dog to be kept in a high kill facility for this long. We are just getting to know this boy but so far he shows great promise. He loves people and is dog friendly. Aspen will require an active family with plenty of time to spend with him. He will make a great walking, jogging or hiking buddy and will benefit from strong leadership of an experienced handler that will assist him with becoming the great dog he was meant to be!
