Phoebe (meaning BRIGHT and that she is!) is one perfect puppy.  SO willing to learn and does well with training.  She does have that Doxie tenacity and needs consistency with what she has been learning so far but a better pup you will not find.  She seems to do better with another dog (has more confidence).  She loves children but because of her Doxie long back and her nature to allow she will need to be in a home with older children that can learn and understand the breed. She is funny and playful of course because she is young, but she is also very calm when it's time for calm.  If Chiweenies are your thing, there is not a better one than Phoebe!!
