Sandy is a Chipit... aka, Pithuahua.  Small and delightful like a Chihuahua but stocky and short like the terrier... she has the reserved pittie nature.  She needs a confident person to train her and socialize her. We saved her mother while pregnant and Sandy's mom is ready for her to be off to her forever home now.  She is in Vancouver WA
