With even his good looks and charming style he waited and waited for a new family to notice him but amongst 1000's he was not chosen. Dexter is safe now and with OLHARS. He has quickly become a rescue favorite with his laid back demeanor and friendliness to all. Dex is 20 lbs of gratefulness and ready to begin a new chapter of his life in British Columbia.
